Abigail & David’s Wedding at Rochdale Town Hall
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this couple and their day. Such beautiful people inside and out, I was made to feel like part of the family!
A completely Vegan Wedding at the stunning Rochdale Town Hall. With amazing architecture throughout, a VW camper van, a nod to Harry Potter, a stunning Claire Pettibone dress and a dreadlocked groom in tails. Plus so many beautiful homemade details including miniature succulents for each guest as favors and gorgeous signage and flowers all made by the Bride. Their Bridesmaids wore dresses from Quiz, and David and his groomsmen wore suits from SG Menswear. Abigail wore a headpiece from Eden Luxe with her beautiful Claire Pettibone dress, and hair by Hair Creations. Evening entertainment was provided by the fantastic Agent Smith.

“What a bloomin’ amazing photographer Emma is. Honestly, don’t know what we would have done without her. We had searched far and wide to find someone who suited our vibe but she wowed us right from the off with her fabulous portfolio and beautiful soul and we knew she just had to be the one to capture our special day.
The engagement shoot we had as part of the package was one of the most fun days of our lives, it was a great chance to get to know each other and start to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Emma took the time to teach us methods and techniques to get the most natural and best looking photos, she knew exactly what to tell us to get the best out of us whilst letting us have fun with it and letting our personalities come through too. None of this was rushed either, she had all the time in the world for us.
On the big day itself I felt like Emma was an extra bridesmaid, she was always there offering advice and support; yet she didn’t intrude in any way. At some points I even forgot that she was with us; the sign of a fabulous photographer. I really relied on her knowledge of weddings to help with the timings of things, she knew what photos to take without being asked, she helped calm down family members and even helped me with a sticky wedding dress situation.
She was also brilliant at organising guests and would tell us to take time for ourselves while she got everyone ready. Emma just seems to get what it is like to be a bride and groom on your wedding day, she can visualise the pictures that will be the most breathtaking and just steals you away for a few moments to capture it. Everyone told us how lovely she was and how she felt like part of the family, we didn’t want her to leave.
The photographs, well they speak for themselves. They have an extraordinary quality to them that you don’t see in other people’s photos, most of them look like art! I am quite certain when I say that no one else would have gotten anywhere near the beautiful pictures she took for us. We cannot recommend The Pin-Up Bride enough!”
