Luke & Ffion | Autumnal Intimate Countryside Wedding on Halloween
Luke & Ffion had the most gorgeous, intimate, Autumnal Wedding on Halloween this year. This wedding hugged me, it’s the only way to describe it.
This Wedding was all about family with some lovely DIY touches such as home grown Pumpkins for decor. The Bridesmaids and Groomsmen were made up of the Bride’s teenage Son and Daughter, and the Groom’s two Brothers. The Mother of The Bride very proudly walked her Daughter down the aisle and the Groom’s Grandma made the stunning cake!
With only 49 guests in a gorgeous countryside pub venue, you really could feel all the warmth and emotion in the room. Plus the Hearty Autumn Menu and Mulled Cider for toasts definitely helped! All the boys wore jeans with the groom in a Tweed jacket and flat cap, the Bride wore a beautiful 50s style dress from Collectif teamed with Shoes from Lulu Hun and a hairpiece by the very talented Pin-Up Curl. Her bag was hand sewn by a friend, and her dried flower bouquet was only £13 from Etsy! Hair and Make-Up was also done by the very awesome The Little HairMaid.
Luke & Ffion, thank you for allowing me to be part of your day. You have shown me exactly how a small family affair should be done, in your own very special way. I am well and truly excited for all the wonderfulness of Autumn now, and it’s all thanks to you!
