Brydie & Ted | Manchester Industrial DIY Wedding at Fairfield Social Club
Brydie and Ted (yes the Bride is called Brydie!!!) had a beautiful church ceremony at St Mark’s in Bredbury, and their reception at one of my bucket list industrial venues….. Fairfield Social Club, located under the arches of the old Manchester Mayfield Train Station. Sadly they aren't taking any more Weddings next year so I'm super happy to have got to shoot there.
This was a colourful DIY industrial wedding with 10 Bridesmaids and 10 Groomsmen. The girls were all wearing dresses handmade my the Brides Mum and all the flowers and flower crowns made by the bridesmaids. Brydie & Ted were driven in the Brides Father’s Vintage VW beetle. They had a cake made of cheese and danced to Common People by Pulp, the dance floor was absolutely wild and looked incredible in the huge brick archway building, with enormous windows flooding the room with light.
We took advantage of the surrounding Manchester streets and tunnels for the formal photos which are some of my favourites of the year so far.
I’m thrilled to announce that this wedding is now featured on the Whimsical Wonderland Wedding blog and I am so pleased with their lovely write up.
